Harmony is the flow of life.

Our life-force energy flows in and throughout energy channels in our body, which animates who we are as human beings. From feeling grounded, to feeling pleasure, to self-expression, to loving and being loved, to speaking one’s voice, to seeing the world intuitively, to connecting with higher forms of consciousness; these channels are the centers of health and presence. When life-force energy flows freely, we experience the fullness of our true nature.

However, there are times in life when stress and trauma can block the movement of life-force energy causing energy centers, called Chakras, to become stagnate. At times the symptoms of this blockage are subtle and other times, they’re overt. Either way, self-care is the answer; to slow down, take stock, regain perspective and align that which is off-center. 

This 90 minute session will assist you in achieving harmony and balance through breath, meditation, vocal toning, gentle yoga shapes and sound vibration. The experience will not only provide a sense of clarity for what may be feeling off, but will aid in the self-healing process.

Appropriate for all body types and levels of experience.

Keep in mind that you will be lying on the floor for an extended period of time and you are responsible for your level of comfort, so please do bring what you need to be supremely comfortable. It is highly recommended to bring a yoga mat or some sort of thick exercise mat, as well a cozy blanket to cover your body, a large pillow for under your knees and something to cover your eyes, such as an eye pillow (the best option, can be ordered in Amazon), bandana or hand towel.


There are only 5 spaces available for in-person sessions, for now. Energy exchange is $30.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING IN-PERSON SESSIONS, PLEASE READ:

With respect to Governor Ducey’s COVID guidelines, masks are required from the time you enter the front door until you are seated on your mat. You may remove your masks during the session. Masks must be worn anytime you are not on your mat. If you are sick or running a fever, please opt in for the virtual class, stay home and take care of yourself.
