Join me and Cannakula on Sunday, April 18th at 5:45 PM, in the gorgeous garden at Ocotillo, for a gentle yoga class and serene soundscape.
I will lead you in a gentle stretch and breath practice that will relieve tension in your body and relax your mind. The practice concludes with a guided sound meditation to help your whole being shine bright and feel light.
My friend, Andria Bunnell, a well known Phoenix musician who has graced many of the Valley’s stages for the past 20 years, will be joining me on our sound journey. A practitioner of Holistic Nutrition Consulting, Reiki and Sound Therapy, she is a member of the “Spiritual Thing” collective, offering Guided Sound Meditations for group events around the state and offers personalized individual sessions, as well. She brings a unique style that is forged from her wide range of influences, her Mexican and Indigenous lineage and a deep respect for the healing power of sound.
This experience is suitable for beginners. Please dress in light, loose and comfortable clothing. Masks are encouraged when not on your mat or if you cannot keep a 6ft distance from another human being. Be sure to bring a yoga mat and water with you. Yoga blocks and a Yoga blanket or rectangular shaped pillow are recommended to help you achieve proper posture and relaxation during your practice. Please arrive on time for this experience. Late comers will disturb the energetics of the class and will only be admitted up until 6:15 PM.
Cannabis community friends, Halo Infusions and Nectar Farms will be onsite.
Lakota Skye Healing will also be present with a lovely selection of gemstones. Brooke prides herself on giving you the best quality of gemstone treasures from this precious earth, to your sacred home. All gemstones are Reiki Infused and cleansed in the most recent full moon cycle to keep them supercharged.
Complimentary, cool refreshments will be available for attendees.
Your ticket includes a goodie bag sponsored by Nectar Farms and Curaleaf. Goodie Bags will be available for pick up on 4/17 and 4/18 at Curaleaf Midtown. It is recommended that you pick up your goodie bag prior to the event, so that you may bring your goodies to the event. Please allow enough time to pick up the goodie bag from the dispensary and arrive on time to Ocotillo.
*Please note: Goodie bags are for attendees only. If you are not planning on attending the class, please do not purchase a ticket and save the opportunity for someone who is ready and willing to experience this unique opportunity.
