The Gift of Yoga Nidra - International Day of Peace

I AM Yoga Nidra™ or guided sleep based meditation assists in the clearing of energetic blocks and easing mental chatter, stress, worry, anxiety and chronic pain. It can be effective in shifting habitual behaviors and karmic patterns. Resting the nervous system in this way is also extremely beneficial for the immune system, strengthening the body's natural ability to resist illness and dis-ease.

I offer this practice to anyone who could benefit from a little more inner peace in their life. Think of the session as a way to balance tension with relaxation; a way to quiet the external and internal noise and distractions; a clearing of emotional residue in the body and mind, like one would wipe away the dirt and muck from a windshield of a car, for a clear and refreshed perspective.

The best part about this practice is that you don’t need to have experience and you can’t do it wrong. All you need to do is lay down and listen to the sound of my voice as I guide you into relaxation using your own breath and awareness.
